1. On the start, menu select ‘Settings’
2. Select ‘Bluetooth and Devices’
3. Locate your earbuds and click on the three dots icon
4. Select ‘Remove Device’ followed by ‘Yes’ to confirm

WINDOWS 10

1. On the start, menu select ‘Settings’
2. Click on ‘Devices’
3. Select ‘Bluetooth and Other Devices’
4. Locate your earbuds and click on them
5. Select ‘Remove Device’

It may also be helpful to switch off Bluetooth on your phone, laptop, or Macbook to ensure the earbuds are no longer connected.

Once your Skullcandy’s are removed, you are ready to perform a reset on the actual wireless earbuds.
